TFun is committed to protecting your privacy. We have prepared this Privacy Policy to describe our practices regarding your information we collect via any our website (the “Site’) or downloadable application (“App”).
Your Consent
By downloading or using any Site or App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and you expressly consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Children
We do not intentionally gather personal information from users who are under the age of 13.
Information We Collect
TFun may collect your information via our Site, Apps, advertising and emails. Your information will be collected automatically or on the basis of your input. Sometimes you are asked to provide your information to us for the purpose of making account.
We may also collect a unique identifier for the device on which you install an App (“DID”, which may by your Apple Game Center ID (if you have signed up to Game Center and we have access to that ID) or your unique device ID) and develop a profile about you keyed to that DID. We may store your DID with your contact information (like your email address) when you contact us for support, but otherwise we do not associate your DID with personal information we collect about you.
Use of Your Information
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
• to personalize your experience, your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs.
• to improve our Site and Apps.
• to improve our customer service.
• to administer a contest, promotion, survey or other Site/App features.

Our Apps collect and send us your DID and we use it to back up App-related data, including, but not limited to, high scores, levels completed, in-game currency earned or purchased, etc.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to any parties outside of TFun. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our Site and/or Apps, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
Third Parties
Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our Site/Apps. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.
